We offer off-site administrative, marketing, and business management support, referred to as Virtual Assisting and Virtual Business Management. We are a team of contracted professionals that help support entrepreneurs in nearly every aspect of their business.

We specialize in administrative and operational support. We offer help with email and calendar management, data entry, website design, graphic design, social media management, event promotions, event promotions, product launches, shopping cart maintenance, and all the details in between. Who do you work with?
We specialize in support for business coaches, life coaches, professional speakers, authors, pastors, marketers, and consultants. However, many of the sills and services that we use to support these clients are transferable to almost any entrepreneur.
How do you charge?
We typically charge by the project, and price each project accordingly. However, we also have the monthly retainers option which is very popular.
We send monthly invoices on the 1st for all services. All payments are due within 15 days of invoice.

We use a plethora of methods to communicate with our clients including web conferencing, Skype, phone, email, social media, and project management software.
How do I send work to my Virtual Assistant?
Projects can be delegated via email or our project management portal. We try to get all assignments in writing in order to keep margins of error or miscommunication as low as possible.
Will my information be safe?
Yes! We utilize secure document sharing programs and have confidentiality agreements with everyone we work with to protect against any of your information ever being made public.
